Our Mission
Fun with a Purpose!
Friends of Bellevue (FOB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fundraising organization rooted in the Bellevue community in Massachusetts. Our mission is to bring people together through golf, social events, and charitable giving to support organizations that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Our volunteer, 10-member board includes professionals in accounting and law, along with business owners and community leaders. Our board is committed to responsible stewardship, transparency, and maximizing the impact of every dollar raised.
Our successful 2026 campaign has brought our cumulative fundraising total to more than $300,000. This milestone reflects the generosity and dedication of our members, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

Founded in 2019 as the President's Choice under President John Hastings, followed by 2021 President's Choice under Eric Johnson and 2023 President's Choice under Dan Cotton. 2026 President Joe Downes has selected the Boys & Girls Club as this year's President's Choice charity.

Four private-course outings with a season-ending championship. Our goal: at least 60 players at each of the first three outings.

Dana-Farber is one of the world's leading cancer research and treatment centers. FOB's fundraising directly supports their groundbreaking research into life-saving cancer treatments.

Bread of Life is a community organization providing hunger relief and essential services to families in need. FOB supports their mission of ensuring no one in our community goes without food or shelter.

FOB supports MS research and patient assistance programs, funding efforts to improve the quality of life for those living with Multiple Sclerosis and to accelerate progress toward a cure.

Tunnel to Towers Foundation
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the sacrifice of FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller by supporting our nation's first responders and veterans. FOB is proud to contribute to their mission of providing mortgage-free smart homes to catastrophically injured veterans.

The Veterans Golf Association uses the game of golf as a vehicle for healing, camaraderie, and transition support for our nation's veterans. FOB's support helps provide access to the sport for those who have served.
