About Us
Our Mission
Friends of Bellevue for the Cause (FOB) is a golf club charity dedicated to uniting the Bellevue community and raising funds for impactful charitable organizations. Through our annual golf tournament and community events, we bring together neighbors, friends, and local businesses to make a lasting difference.
Founded in 2019 by a dedicated group of Bellevue residents with a shared passion for golf and giving back, FOB has grown from a small gathering into a cornerstone of our community's charitable efforts — donating over $200,000 to date.
President's Choice History
Founded in 2019 as the President's Choice under President John Hastings, followed by 2021 President's Choice under Eric Johnson and 2023 President's Choice under Dan Cotton. 2026 President Joe Downes has selected the Boys & Girls Club as this year's President's Choice charity.

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the sacrifice of FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller by supporting our nation's first responders and veterans. FOB is proud to contribute to their mission of providing mortgage-free smart homes to catastrophically injured veterans.
